Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our products are unique in their class and are significantly lower priced than other competitors in the home decoration ornament . The disadvantage of this is that shipping times are slightly longer, although we work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Q: I ordered two products, but I only received one ... what's going on?
